Was just a quick mild vibration in the gas pedal, didn’t feel it anywhere else?
if it continues, guess I have to stop by Chevy service. Some mentioned, maybe the magnetic ride?
thanks
Where we were trying to get to with the questions about the transmission is whether you may be experiencing a mild case of the shudder related to v4 operation. Based on what I think I know, that's a pretty low speed for that phenomenon and it isn't felt exclusively in the throttle pedal.
I’ve been experiencing an ongoing vibration that last a few seconds, as if you drove over a bumpy road, the dealer checked it again and said : it’s the torque converter and needs to be flushed and install a heavier tranny fluid . Dealer said this has been happening with the 8 speed trannys, has anyone else experienced or heard of this? My C7 has 6,800 miles
thank you
The dealer is most likely spot on. If your 5 year powertrain warranty hasn't timed out for date of "in service" the flush is covered by your GM powertrain warranty. If not, I hear it's about 4 to 500 dollars. From what it sounds like, this will likely fix your problem. Very common issue with A8 transmission. The triple flush the dealer is talking about seems to fix the issue most times. Hopefully the TQ converter isn't damaged.
Good luck
