It seems like the triple flush is covered free once, if you complain about the shudder (good dealers are easy about this) and are under 3/36 or Powertrain Warranty.
Beyond that, some dealers have been doing it free or at reduced cost for regular customers for "Customer Satisfaction." but not guarateed.
