I have the Navtool. I have the 2014. I have a front camera, now. I don't have the Android auto. What year is your car? NAvtool allowed me to have my iPhone display on my NAV screen.

I have a 14 3lt with navigation.Ive heard a lot of people have had with issues with Navtool as far as the software. They did say the install was fairly easy. Whats your experience so far and how long have you had it ?
I've had it since 2016. The software was screwed up during the launch of the product. The software was corrected in 2016. The product has worked flawlessly since my installation. I know of two other people here in Jax that have the Navtool. It works well for them too.

I agree I got mine the same time as eboggs here it went in east enough really was simple. The hard point for me was getting the wires from the pass side over to the drivers side behind the dash. It has always work 100%. Robert

There have been a lot of threads on the Navtool product. Do a search in the C7 sections as well as take a look at any Transactions Feedback threads that may have been made.
I also installed NavTool in my 2015 Z06 in 2016. I agree that the most difficult part of installation is getting the wires across to the driver's side. Since the software was fixed in 2016 it has operated flawlessly. I installed a front camera and mirroring for my Android phone.
I too was part of the initial install and group buy. I was also experienced all of the trials and tribulations associated with NavTool Thanks to Elmer for help and guidance we made it trough that. I had mine on my 2015 Z51 till I sold the car in 2019. It worked perfectly while I had it. I installed one front camera and two side mounted cameras. The side cameras were mounted in the side markers in custom mounts I made. As stated it worked great while I had it. The side mount cameras came on with the directionals and were a great help with the blind spots..

Thank you for your information. Would happen to have any photo's of the side markers and the mounts you made?
I went back and looked at a number of posts back then. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...ool-works.html
Post 500
Post 733 Shows how it looks using the supplied mounts.
When I was doing mine as you can see in post 500 I experimented with using the supplied mount but didn't like the look and felt it was very visible. I took a bunch of dimensions off the camera. Glued a block of lexan plastic on the back of the side marker and milled it to fit the camera. Sorry I don't have those dimensions or a picture of what the back of the light looked like. The camera was a slight press fit into the mount and no glue for the camera was needed. The exit hole for the lens was the size of the lens and very inconspicuous. No body ever found the cameras when they looked unless I told them where they were.
I hope this helps you. It was a big deal back when we were all going through the install and the crap from NavTool. Go back and read the Gheezers guide on NavTool for some insight.
Good Luck
Bob
