There's no "correct" way to enjoy your Corvette. Only the way that each individual owner derives the most pleasure be it driving it, waxing it, filling a prominent place in your garage.

I like low mileage Corvettes. Less maintenance and they don't get destroyed on the streets and highways by potholes, and road debris. I drive mine when I want the M7 sports car fix, and convertible top down experience. Not all the time.

What ever makes you Happy in this short visit we have
I believe this is one reason why GM went with a cast wheel.Their is a big percent of buyers that don't put miles on their Corvette.A numbers decision to sell units.
Am I right GM
Enjoy whatever makes you Happy!

If GM didn't want you to drive the thing, they would have made the steering wheel optional.

Same here - drove 1,200 miles from NJ to FL. The car was used but I drove more in those two days then previous owner did in three months. However since working from home I've managed just 2,000 so far this year
I know someone who put just 800 miles a year on his C7 before selling it for a C8 (which he never got). He only used it to take his GF to dinner on Sundays. Thus I bet he used more gallons of detail spray then gasoline
