I have a 2015 Z51. When I plug in a multi port adapter into the front socket only one plug works. Two won't get power. Do the later models have a more powerful plug? Does anyone know where I can get one? Thanks.

The only thing I can think of, are you sure it is not the adapter? Try another place one to see if you hAve the same problem.

The cigarette lighter has a negative and a positive. If your "adapter" gives power from one side and not the other, then it's not plugged in correctly or it is broken.
Do you know if the new plugs have more power? I have heard that to get CarPlay or AA you need to install a newer plug. Thanks.
Are you talking about "cigarette lighter" 12v, or usb. When you mention CarPlay and AA, I'm thinking USB and amps available may be the issue, but I'm far from a technical guy.

Ok, time out. Carplay to me means you are talking about USB?
In the 2014 - 2015 Corvettes, the USB ports charge the phone at 0.5 amps. They will charge the phone but very slowly and if you're using a power hungry APP like google maps, the phone may not charge at all.
In the 2016 Corvettes, the USB port was raised to 1 amp and this might hold it's own as far as charging and using the GPS type of APP but I have a solid solution that takes the guesswork out of the power consumption of the smartphone.
It is better to get a cig lighter USB charger like this...

This one will charge at 2.4 amps per USB and has a voltage display. Cost is $12.99 +shipping.
This one is a 3 amp, is shorter and will allow the C7 outlet to close when not in use: https://www.amazon.com/AUKEY-Charger.../dp/B01KZHKF4I I have the 2.5 amp in my console and I recommend that you might want to consider getting one of the two for your car. Elmer
I tried the 2nd one in my front cigarette lighter. It wouldn't even power on.
