C7 Round tail lights
A while back I saw a picture on FB of a C7 that someone had fitted a tale light kit with round tail lights on to it. I have never been able to locate this again or if this kit is even on the market somewhere. Anyone here ever seen this also?

To each their own of course, however IMO by installing round taillights and relocating exhaust outlets to the outside you eliminate 2 of the C7's most appealing design elements.

A 2016 article showed a c7 with round tail lights as being from Genovation. Their GXE is an electric vehicle which the 2016 article indicated would cost $750,000.

Nice but that wasn’t it. The photo I saw had the rear view of the car with round tail lights and the exhaust had been moved from the center to the out side rear.

If they also moved the exhaust tips to the outside, it was possibly a Photoshop, or it was on a high $$$ build.
Part of the issue with adapting round tailights is addressing the cooling ducts adjacent to the standard c7 tail lights.

I remember the photo you were talking about. I think I saw it on Facebook or Instagram. I don't think it was on this forum.

It was on here years ago by a company that was making replacement rear bumpers with round tail lights.
They brought it to market because of all the whining about the C7 rear.
I don't think they sold one and then they vanished.
A quick Google search ( C7 round tail lights ) shows Corvette Italia as one of the manufacturers.

If it's the same one I am thinking about it was the C7 tail lights with round LED (think 5th gen Camaro headlights).
I believe this is what the OP is talking about.

The taillights look great ! The exhaust tips should be in the middle, imo.

That's it!!! I agree with the exhaust but those lights are cool. The entire rear end kind of looks like a Ferrari F12.

The Ferrari F12 looks remarkably like a C7 in general IMO.

I did not like the tail lights on the mock-up of the C7, when they showed it at the Peterson Museum Celebration of the 60th year of Corvette.
It has since grown on me!
