is the size a 3/4 socket to remove?

Lug nut size is 19mm on the C7.

some will say you can use 3/4 but don't, use only 19mm

I would also say use a 19mm Socket with nylon protector on it as well... better safe than sorry.. no hydraulics either.. no need to chew things up.

A good quality socket the correct size with name-brand lug-nuts, hand torqued, and you don't need bother with nylon protectors.

A 19 mm socket is .748"; a 3/4" socket is .750; the difference is .002", hardly enough to be concerned about.

Well then...let's not split hairs!

BTW - what size wrench removes the oil drain plugs, nothing i have fits snug on those plugs; English or Metric
I just bought 2 new ones because i know they will round eventually
