Your local Chevy service department can print out the GM VIS Report on your car for free. It will list all options on the car along with a bunch of other useful information like service history.

The window sticker lists all the options but not all the actual build codes (which a true build sheet does). It just depends on what you are actually looking for or wanting to use it for. Many Corvette enthusiasts want both a window sticker and build sheet.
