If you drove 7200 miles in one year and change the oil, I say that is good, but no further.
I have one more free oil change then I am switching to 0-40 Dexos2 MOBIL-1.

That is 7,200 miles which seems reasonable depending on your driving habits. I've gone 7,500 before the OLM message appeared in the dash. Lots of low RPMs while highway cruising will result in the miles to going up quickly but that puts very little stress on a big V8 in top gear.
