Default Door pad problems

Has anyone had a problem opening their door and the pad is non responsive. I try hitting the unlock button on the transmitter with no luck. After repeated attempts with the unlock button, I will hear the lock disengage and then the pad will allow me to open the door. This problem has occurred with both of my transmitters. It is not a frequent problem, but has happened at least 3 times in the last month. Any ideas?

Change the batteries in your fobs. They are likely tired.
