Mad*Max you are right on with that. I just pulled the whole interior out of my 19 GS to do sound deadening/insulation and found my wife's watch. We and both look under and around the seat several times. But at least she has an extra watch now.

Got some pics of my set up. I ran the USB cord from the console storage area.

Turbo810, I have a Proclip and had planned to do this with the wire. Any tips on how to run it? Did you have to take off the console? ~Rob

I just had to pry the black part with the cup holder lid up and run it under there.

I did the same thing, you don't have to remove anything, just tuck it in there... a plastic trim pry tool will help. I ran mine further back and under the console lid where it hinges.

I always suggest tossing it in the back when you get in the car and concentrating on enjoying the drive.

(and, it's much easier to retrieve when you arrive )

I second that! Very easy to install. No mess, just works. I got tired of the phone sliding all over the place.

I connect my phone in the console and leave the phone in the console. I don’t need to see the phone to use it. Using the info screen and/or voice commands works for me.

I have a WeatherTech Cup Phone holder. Sometimes I just cram the thing in the center console and let it ride there. The Bluetooth connection to the connection to the car works great so I do not to see and "fondle" the phone at all.

These magnetic, flexible, lighted "grab-it" tools are very handy for retrieving things that get dropped or wedged between seats. Less than $10. I dropped my battery hold down bar down between my skid plate and oil pan the other day on my Tacoma. I snaked this tool down in there and snatched it right up.

Not yet! I'll put it in the center console or in the phone holder from now on!
