Not sure everyone knows that there is a small sensor in the “hole” that the roof spike (drivers side) goes that gets depressed when the roof is on allowing the alarm system to arm. When the top is removed it will not arm. Back in the early days when the C7 first came out (2014) guys were using plastic pen tops to allow the alarm to engage when topless.
Has anyone figured out the best thing to use for this ? I was toying with wire nuts but none seem to fit snug...thanks in advance
Wow ...my old friend Glenn E, a blast from the past. Solid guy always wondered where he had gone to . Those were the early days of the C7, a lot like the C8 days are now. Well dam let me start digging around for a better solution, just did not know they the years if there was a preferred device that fit .
Thanks for the help..
