Has anyone purchase a pre-owned Corvette at CARMAX? They seem to have excellent pricing and a 30 return policy. Just curious if anyone has experience with them as I'm looking at a car this week.
Have not purchased from them but always look at their inventory, have heard nothing bad about dealings with them along with Carvana and Vroom. All pretty much have a return policy if not satisfied, but Vroom and Carvana deliver the car to you and pick it up if not satisfied.
Carmax is fine. I've read many positive reviews about buying there. The best part is when people had major problems, Carmax stepped right up and fixed it, or let you just return it. No drama like the stealerships.
Carmax is a fine, no-hassle dealer. You're going to pay a bit more to buy a car from them, but it's fairly convenient and their warranties are apparently top-notch.

Interesting. The pricing they have on the 19 GS I'm interested in is about 7k below the market. I'm really looking forward to seeing it tomorrow.
On average they charge about 1k above KBB from what I’ve seen.
I bought my 17’ GS through them and had a great experience. Love their no hassle service and 7 day no questions asked return policy. I was in abs out in around 2 hours!

I ordered an '06 Mercedes-Benz sedan with 6K miles from their Irvine, CA lot to Dallas, Texas from them. Car was perfect! 1 owner spent it's life in Corona Del Mar, CA. Paid $600.00 to transport to Dallas.
Transported it quickly too. Couldn't ask for a better transaction experience from Carmax.

Reason: Content / typos....
There are safeguards in place @ Carmax that you're not going to get with other sources. No one had an 8 year old Mercedes-Benz sedan with 6K miles in mint condition. Well worth the price for exactly what I was looking for.

I got mine at Carmax and it was cheaper than anywhere else and it had more options. I got the five year extended warranty, which is good at my Chevy Dealer, for a $100 deductible for around $2,000..
Before delivery, they noticed the drivers side seat bolster had some damage and authorized me to take it to my favorite upholstery guy. I got a check within two weeks..
I also took it to dealer and ran a computer check on it and had them put it on the lift and had two body shop guys look at it. It came back clean with no damage.
By the way, there is a seven day return, not 30. Good luck!! .
I went there and it was pretty nice GS. Just under 8k on the clock, 3LT with a stick. It drove well but I had a feeling the previous owner really drove it if you know what I mean. It was a great deal at $61,990. If anyone is interested I can provide the link if it's still avail. I've found in my search that these cars don't last more than a few days. Thanks for the feedback everyone.
