Are all you connections tight, I have heard of a similar issue and the connections were not tight enough. I know when I connected mine there was a very clear click as they we connected.
I'll try that tomorrow, thanks. I sent an email to soler for some trouble shooting.
Got the controller today, installed it on the car, connections are tight. Started it up and it immediately went into limp mode with a check engine light. Any ideas why this happened?
Did you take your fob far enough away from the car so that the car would shut down totally before installing the controller? You have to wait until the car has totally shut down. Takes a minute or two.
Luzifer, sorry to hear that. Seems like it is an intermittent connection or wrong calibration. Please pay attention to this connector (white) and push it in with a flat head screwdriver (do not push by holding to the wires). Once it clicks it is very difficult to disconnect. Disconnect the battery for 5 minutes to clear all DTC's. Then reconnect and do steps 7-12of the attachment. If that doesn't do it, reach out and we'll replace it right away.
So I know I’m a little late to this thread but thought I’d ask here rather than making another.
I just got my Soler TC in today and I’ll echo the sentiments of so many here - incredible. It woke up the car so much. It was a much larger difference than I imagined honestly.
but now the question - install went smoothly and easy peasy. But when I started the car up my date and time had reset to Jan 1 2013 at 3pm. All my other settings are there and everything works. It just seemed strange. So I was wondering if that happened to anyone else or did I possibly screw something up?

I also got the same response from Soler, I just pushed the connector at the brake pedal, I didn't hear any click or feel that it went any deeper but so far it works as it should. So it was a bad contact.

Good, hopefully that does it, if not I would disconnect it completely than reinstall.
I asked the GF to rev the car while I listened to it about 10 feet back, I wanted to know how loud it was. You know inside the cab it doesn't seem that much.... I had it in SP 6 (Sport 6) and wow it really snaps like a super car and it's loud, real loud. The sound is beautiful, I love it!

Still working fine, a bad connection. Can't test it out today or tomorrow, it's raining! However, I will be driving the wheels off wednesday the province's border will be open. I was going nuts driving in circles around the city seeing the same subarus with big wings every night and unable to go on the other side of the city with a whole lot more roads and super cars to see.

Quebec/Ontario I'm anxious to see other cars. Super car owners rarely drive their cars, there's only 1 Huracan, 1 Diablo in my city that's I've seen at least twice. I know where the owner of the Diablo lives as his garage was open when I drove in front. I saw a ferrari the other day, a very modern/fast one but I wasn't able to see which model it was and he purposefully took a side street. I've seen 2 Maclarens (One of them a 720s). Even the Corvettes are rarely seen but I've seen 5 different black C7's. I saw a total of 10 different C7's in the city since last year so my estimate would be 15-20 total since some of them will never see pavement.
I installed this controller on my C7Z (auto trans) today and I really like it. Power delivery feels smoother now with less lag of the line, its a great little gadget to have.

It is great, what setting do you have it on? I am running sport 6.

It was a bonehead move on my part. I didn't wait long enough for the car to completely shut down before disconnecting the throttle. I disconnected the battery for about 10 min and everything cleared. Reinstalled the controller and everything has been good so far.
