I have a 2019 Stingray. Today while heading to Texas Motor Speedway for a show, I experienced the below:
Settings - Auto, A/C, Sync, 73 (confirmed the passenger side setting was 73 as well)
Behavior after turning the A/C on/off to try and clear the issue:
Cold air on driver side, Warm air on passenger side
Cold air on driver side, warm in center vents, Cold air on passenger side
Little to no air from top vents, but air flow to the floor vents. Couldn't tell how cool it was.
On my way back I tried manual mode - A/C, top vents selected, fans on speed 1 and 2 (ticks). This seem to keep the car temp stable and continued air flow.
Anyone else experience this and know if this is a known problem? I saw a similar thread but not the same behavior. My vehicle setting for auto fan speed is medium. I tried low a while back and noticed there wasn't enough air flow,
I have read some cases where low refrigerant will cause the issue you explained, that would be the first place I would look.
In the old days there was a sight glass in the refrigerant line and if you saw bubbles it was low charge. Unfortunately now you need a set of gauges....
I have an appointment to have a brake fluid flush done next week. I've added this to the list to have checked. I like to have some idea of what's going on before taking the car in for services.
Potential issue:
low refrigerant
faulty actuator motor front face of the unit which houses the computer that operates the climate control

I had this issue with a previous C5 and a C6. Both times it was the front face of the unit which houses the computer that operates the climate control. Good luck.
Just had an issue where mine would not blow anything in the center vents. Only top and bottom.
I had some erratic behaviors like that before this happened.
Took the car to the dealer and 3 weeks later I got it back with everything working right.
Complete dash takedown. 14 hours labor, covered by warranty.
There are three blending doors in there, and one was bad. I told the service writer since the dash is out and everything is there to replace all three.
Warranty paid for one and all the labor and I paid for the other two. Just being pro active.
Good luck!
DOT4 brake fluid flush done, $144 with military discount.
The intermittent A/C issue logged the codes below. Had to schedule an additional appointment for a software reprogram/recalibrate to address the A/C issue. Also, look like it's time to replace the battery in the key fob. The last code he says comes and goes, not to be concerned with...
Reprogram didn't help, will need to investigate more under the dash.
Another appointment scheduled for Monday to drop it off this time.

See my post above. Hopefully yours does not come to that.
I was without mine for 3 weeks. Dash came out, but it's all good now and nothing was broken or damaged in the process.

Yes, hoping the same but if it does hopefully it will turn out positive.
On my C6, which exhibited similar issues, the dealer replaced both the acuator under the dash which directs airflow and the head unit in the dash. This fixed the issue.
Had similar issue with my 2019. Cold air driver side, less cold passenger side. Dropped off at dealer this morning. Service guy checked codes, no codes so he thought likely low Freon. Know something soon I hope. Follow up on here when I know what they found.
Service called me yesterday to tell me the line that run behind the engine is leaking. They had to order it. Be a week to ten days before they get the part. Nothing taken off the car, they found the leak through testing so I went and picked it up and put it back in my garage until the part comes in. It was going to be outside in their maint lot if I left it there. I’ll do another follow up after the repair is completed.
Dropped off this morning. Just got a call that the below is being ordered and will arrive at the end of the week or early next week:
New A/C head unit
New glove box (don't ask)
Like you, will pick it up today versus leaving it at the shop and return it when the parts arrive. We get wild weather hear in the Dallas area, hail storms...

Dropped the car off this morning about 8 and it was ready about 2. New A/C head unit and glove box installed.
It's about 94 degrees today in the DFW area and the A/C is working better than it ever has after the repair. My assumption now is the head unit was possibly defective since day one. Ran it on Auto-Sync-74 on the way home and there was no sag in the airflow after about a 30 minute drive. Also, no weirdness in the air shifting from vent to vent at different temperatures.
Also, noticed that the instrument cluster was different so a software update must have also been performed. Glad to see the big yellow "I" gone when on the Info setting. Now Info has more of the things combined and has a more sportier look. I initially thought it had been put in track mode.
I've been very pleased with the service from the guys at Huffines Chevrolet Plano. Especially after hearing some of the horror stories about other dealerships on this forum. If you live in the area, I'd recommend giving them a try if you haven't found a dealership you're comfortable with. Keith Overturf is the service advisor I've been working with over the last year+.
