OK guys thanks for everyone's input. I am returning it tomorrow. Fingers crossed that it all gets returned easily. I think I might go on c8 zo6 waiting list. These used prices are crazy but we live today which is why I bought this one. Thank again to everyone. This corvette community is great and appreciated. Here's a picture of the this beautiful, used vette. Thankfully I put it on my lift and inspected it.
Even in the current market that price is way too high for that car, especially with all those issues. Going in you should know that at some point the wheels are going to crap out, but you should be able to expect uncracked wheels at purchase. The mag ride shocks are known to leak, im not sure those are at the level where gm would replace them or not im pretty sure it has to be ridiculously bad before they replace. My biggest concern would be transmission issues. Yeah i would definitely return it and take advantage of their no questions policy...
I would return it too. Seems to me we are expected to pay really high prices now, and that is due to the market which we can't really do much about. But, I think we should expect really high quality cars to go w/ the prices.

Yeah, the price does sound high with the miles and with all the other things you mentioned, I would return it and keep looking for a lower mileage example with none of the issues.
I am confused. Why no comment?
You found problems- return car and provide dealer with what you found.
If dealer notified of problems it puts them on notice they need to fix it before selling again.
Wouldn't it be a much better world if there was complete disclosure in the market place.
One of the pictures is of a cracked wheel? I bet everyone that has had a cracked wheel and knows they did not cause it would love having GM fess up to the problem and make good.
Gm dealers turn down bent/cracked wheel warranty issues because it is stated that it was due to customer damage. If I tell them that it has a bent wheel they may refuse the vehicle return because of the damage. I do love the car and am seriously conflicted on returning it. Did I pay a lot? yes. Should the car be a 100% at that price? Yes. The transmission leak might be normal (hot vent leak) and the shock is about $350. Does it have more miles than most c7's out there? Yes.
The problem is this current market. I don't see it changing after talking to the second biggest corvette dealer yesterday about ordering a c8. At this point if I were to order a c8 zo6 it'd be 2-3 years before I see that car. If I order a c8 z51 it be around June 22' delivery. All speculation of course. If you can't buy a new car then these used prices are staying where they are at historical highs for the foreseeable future. Show me other 2lz zo6's M7 non black interior and exterior out there for less $ and less miles. Not confrontational but just a justification why I am so wishy washy on keeping it or returning it.

This car did not lead a pampered life.
Trying to justify not returning it could lead to a disappointment in your Corvette experience in the future.
Patience is a key to an enjoyable experience.
Return it and continue looking.
