I have a 17 grand sport. I had straight pipes installed on the car. And after getting my work done (longtubes and blower) it's just way to loud. So I installed my akropovic exhaust with npp, sounds amazing but the NPP isn't working. Fuse is in, and when switching modes the valves aren't budging from the open position. Any suggestions? Thanks! Thr oic is for some
Akro bling
If fuse is in the front and no other toggle or disabler in place, I am not sure. Akrapovic has thier own electronic actuators I though.. wiring harnesses all good and plugged it everywhere? Did you install it?

Ya to my knowledge everything plugged in and done. AKRO has the harness for people that don't have the npp stock.
I don't believe the valve can be actuated with just a 12 volt input. The valve actuator requires a pulse with modulated signal to open and close the valve. Reverse engineering the device was a big thing in the early C7 years. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-retrofit.html
I don't know if a '17 is the same or not, but according to my '15 shop manual there is a relearn procedure for the valves that a dealer or someone with the equipment can perform.
Assuming the exhaust has the Akrapovic NPP actuators, are they compatible with the GM PWM controller?
Edit: Looks like they are compatible. From their website:
"If the Akrapovič Slip-On system replaces the GM NPP exhaust system, the Slip-On Line maintains the valve regulation of the NPP system.
If the Corvette C7 is not equipped with a GM Performance exhaust (NPP exhaust), then the Control Kit (P-HF886) and Valve Actuator Kit (P-HF868) are mandatory. For Corvette C7s with a Performance exhaust (NPP exhaust), neither the Control Kit (P-HF886) nor the Valve Actuator Kit (P-HF868) is needed."
