Door Panel Separation
In the picture you are looking at the inside top of the passenger side door panel. While taking it off and reinstalling it twice to deal with a speaker issue I successfully broke a part of it. You can see right where my finger is there is a separation between the top piece and the main panel. I'm looking for advice on how to 'connect' them back together. I tried hot glue and that did not hold. It looks like from the factory these pieces are (for lack of better words) fused / melted together. I waiting for the arrival of JB Weld for Plastic but would be interested in others opinions.

You are correct, the pieces are "melted" together. The plastic welder would work.
I believe there is a video somewhere on the net that show how they assemble the armrest to the door panel.
On YouTube, find "Project Farm" videos. This guy tests everything.
Find video: "Which Super Glue Brand is the Best? Let's find out!"
Find video: "Which Epoxy is Best for Plastic? Let's find out!"
For strongest bonding, I found Locktite Super Glue, "UltraGel Control" work be best. But needs 24hours to fully harden.
Plastic to Plastic, other products will work also, like JB-Weld. I had better luck with the UltraGel.
