Yesterday I had an issue that lasted several hours with my 19 Stingray's infotainment screen. The backup camera would display, but nothing else would display on the screen. The radio was working and I could see the radio info in my instrument panel. I tried shutting the car off and starting back but no luck. Eventually, it started working again last night but not sure why it stopped working nor why it started working again.
Check the codes on the car using a GM scanner. There are codes for every system on the car, not just the engine. OBD II scanner won't be able to read or display them so you need a scanner that can read GM body codes. You can't fix it unless you know what is wrong and saying it doesn't work doesn't provide much guidance other than the screen doesn't work.

Do you have a GM scanner you would recommend? I just searched and all kinds of GM scanners, ranging from $40 to $600......
Considering the car is under warranty, I will likely just let the dealership figure out the issue.

The dealership replaced the screen, but it still wouldn't work. They then replaced the HIM (Human Interface Module) and that took care of the issue.
It's actually called the "Human Machine Interface" (HMI) module, but we know what you were talking about. :-) There have been several reports in this forum as this going bad, but not a major problem. Most discussion about the HMI module center on those upgrading it to get NAV and/or upgrading it in the 2014/2015 model years to get Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Glad you got it fixed.

Thank you for letting me know I was calling it wrong, my bad.

Good that the problem was finally fixed and you can get back to enjoying the car again. I know how you feel on this issue - had to have the screen replaced on my ‘14 as it was acting up. No problems since.

Yes, I am enjoying it more, but I was still enjoying driving it even without the screen working. It is nice that you can control the audio using the steering wheel and setting the instrument panel to audio in the middle of the tach.
