I just bought this new tool and wanted to share it with you to see if you wanted to share it with the Club.
It’s called Windshield WOW. It’s a tool used to clean the outside AND the inside of your windshield at the same time. It’s made of two VERY strong magnetic “plates” that have Velcro type surfaces which you place square shaped microfiber towels on them (included with the kit). First you spray whatever glass cleaner you use on both microfiber squares. You then place one side of the magnets inside your car pressed up against your glass and then (using the strength of the magnets) place the plate (with the grip) on the outside of your glass. Since the magnets are so strong, you can now rub back and forth to clean both the inside and the outside together. It literally gets right up to the tightest spaces of your windshield.
I just tried it on my C7 and C6 and it works amazingly well.
The kit cost me $70 (it’s a tad expensive but honestly worth every penny) – they offer different kits – here is the website: https://windshieldwow.com/
There are videos you can watch to see exactly how it works. I've attached some pictures for your reference.
6 inch 6 dollar squeegee with invisible glass on the inside and outside works like a charm. Takes all of 5 minutes. It's the same one Ammo uses in his videos, if it works for him well that's enough for me.
I think you guys (yellow 2007 & Let It Ride) are missing the benefit of the tool. Sure you can use a squeegee or magic eraser, but you cant get all the way down to where the dash and glass meet or behind where pillars and glass meet. That is where the Windshield Wow tool offers its real benefit (in the tight, unreachable areas).

I agree on the "mechanics" of using that tool over a magic eraser but if you want an absolutely streak free windshield nothing, no invisible glass, windex etc can match what the eraser can do. I'd rather have streak free windshield............to each his own.

The only place you can't use the squeegee is the little windows on the side. The windshield, side windows and back glass work perfect using the squeegee. Yes it gets all the way down on the front windshield. I am glad your magnets works for you ,

I’ve been using streak free micro cloths . You soak it in water , wring it out . Leaves the glass spotless and streak free. They are reusable . Wash & hang dry. Found them years ago in Pennsylvania at a car show. Now on Amazon .
I use the invisible glass tool and it gets into the tight areas and much cheaper but my biggest problem is no matter what I use and think the glass is clean but once I get to driving down the freeway and the sun hits the windshield I realize that the windows look awful and full of streaks. So I will try the Mr. Clean eraser as I am sure I already have that in the kitchen and/or also the streak free micro cloths since it was mentioned that leaves the glass spotless and streak free.

The Invisible Glass tool works well to reach the base of the windshield and the entire rear window.
I had the issue with windows looking clean and then covered with streaks when driving in the sun. Found the towel I was using was not clean enough. I use cotton dish towels which need to be washed without using fabric softener after every use. As a final polish of the cleaned glass, wipe with a clean dry microfiber cloth. The difference was amazing.
Magic Eraser's an awesome tool for sure. How do you use it on the inside? Isn't some kind of rinse necessary?
Sorry for the thread hijack but inquiring minds...
Squeeze out a little bit of water and go in a horizontal then vertical direction. Have some Scott paper towels for glass handy and just wipe the windshield dry. I have a co worker who vapes ans he said his wife complains all the time about the vape oil buildup. I suggested magic eraser three weeks ago and he came back to me and said DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That stuff is amazing.
