The new splitter fit perfectly into the same holes (including the rivets) as the old one.

I tend to agree that the splitter is a disposable, so I am quite happy with the lower cost version.
I drive the car...year round, and track it as often as I can, I expect it won't last forever.
My experience as well. I learned 2 C7's ago, splitters when used on daily drivers are expendable. I had my carbon fiber period, also C7 Carbon parts, which were good, just took forever to get once ordered. On my 3rd (after replacing std, plastic one on GS) and while the EOS was cheap compared to the rest, once installed I could not pick it apart from my last Apsis (until you held it or looked behind). I will say the last encounter with a piece of retread, rather than ripping the splitter off, it just took an 8" chunk out of it. I do not track, but love the look of the stage 3...best

With all due respect to Malwarebytes, I believe that's an erroneous warning. I've browsed their site many times (including just now) with no such warning from Norton Security. I've also done business with them and had no issues.

I'd only get a more expensive option than EOS if you're getting carbon fiber. I daily my car however, and don't like the idea of spending much money on a consumable part.
Same here. I have EOS side skirts and parked next to a GS one day... zero difference at normal viewing difference. Its a painted piece of plastic. If you want show quality carbon fiber that is a different story, but given the abuse these splitters take that is just throwing money away IMHO.

Very well could be. Thank you. I'll do a DNS lookup on their site and get a comprehensive report to verify and report back. I should have done that to begin with. I used to do internet security for a living.

According to my lookup and information their website has been compromised. I'll stay away from it until it is resolved. And understand that doesn't make them a bad company, it happens to many.

Can you post any details of the lookup you performed? I'm trying to understand the disconnect between what you found and continued reports from Norton and McAfee that the site remains safe...

Thanks for the heads up guys, rest assured, our tech team does daily scans to ensure that our website and severs are running clean. We just did another scan and it shows all green across the board.
Feel free to get in touch with us if you have any questions. Thanks again!

I sent them a forum PM today regarding the malware discussion in this thread. They already responded to my PM, and in this thread.

Obviously, they should respond to your email, if they received it. Unfortunately, neither email nor forum PMs guarantee delivery. You might try reaching-out via a method other than email...

The site comes up clean today. Not sure what was going on yesterday, but good to go!
