I was checking out replacing my front splitter. I was thinking ACS was a good company. EOS makes the same parts, but are considerably less expensive. What gives here? Are they just inferior material? Not as good a fit? Please advise.
I would like to know more on this subject too, since I was also looking into upgrading from the plastic stage 1 splitter. Is there also a weight advantage? like one is Carbon fiber and the other is glass fiber.
big difference in quality, ACS is much better... they also produce for the Corvette factory as well...they manufacture the product... EOS is less expensive, but they import their stuff.. nothing really wrong with their product...there's a few threads on the forum comparing several brands and vendors...

I agree with this response. I will add that my experience with EOS was not good. I tried to use their Stage 2 rear spoiler end caps and the fit and finish was terrible. I replaced the first set and the replacement was just as bad. The product was poorly made and the paint was terrible. In the end I ponied up and bought the GM end caps which were perfect in every way. I did use their rear lower diffusers and they are OK but they don't fit as well as the ACS do so I've heard. Better price absolutely. But quality not so much... IMHO, YMMV... Good luck.
I bought an EOS splitter, and I was sadly disappointed. Fit and finish was terrible. Cracks in lower lip of the splitter. No quality control inspections at all, or worth a damn. I would have returned it but it was not returnable. Stay away from EOS!
That all being said, if you are hard on your splitter, and scrape it and crack it regularly, you will get a chance to replace it and it might not hurt your wallet as much?
I've used ACS products on my Z51, but\ on my '19 GS vert IO want to change all my splitter/side skirts/wicker wings etc to carbon fiber, unfortunately ASC doesn't make carbon fiber products.. who's a good vendor? anybody use C7 Carbon?
C7 Carbon would be a good option in the middle of EOS and ACS. I put a C7 Carbon GTX on my Stingray. I damaged the left side pulling into a parking spot. Scraped it up pretty good but I was able to repair and refinish myself to look like new. The cheaper splitters would have broken without being able to repair.
I haven't had any issues with EOS. I've used 2 of their splitters and their side skirts are still on my car. No one can tell the difference unless they're perhaps holding both a EOS piece and lets say a ACS piece under light from 1 foot away. I'd only get a more expensive option than EOS if you're getting carbon fiber. I daily my car however, and don't like the idea of spending much money on a consumable part.
The latest version on the EOS Splitter is a better fit than their older one. I just recently replaced mine. These, unfortunately, seem to be parts that eventually you will need to replace unless you never drive your car or get lucky. The ACS parts are higher quality and I think they offer one that allows additional skid plates to be attached. Price seems to differentiate between these two (like double or more). You have to decide how important, and useful, having the additional skid plate option is. My experience is that the car is low enough on the front end, I am not looking for anything to make matter worse.
I do not know how much stronger the more expensive versions are. That certainly, would be another deciding factor. I was unable to locate any reliable testing/reviews in this regard.
Regardless from what company you decide to go with, I would recommend having PPF applied to it before installing. These do get rock chips extremely easy.

C7Carbon stage 2 splitter and side skirts for me. EOS stage 2 spoiler and ACS Mudguards and ACS rear fascia extensions.
Happy with all.I did not want to spend a lot on my splitter and skirts in case I damage them.
I notice that the C7Carbon website is infected with a virus. Be careful if you try to connect to it. I was going to investigate their products and get this pop up with my malwarebytes cybersecurity software.
I installed an EOS Stage 2 carbon fiber splitter a couple years ago along with side wings.
I felt the fit and quality was fine, especially given the cost reduction.
The splitter held up great until I got forced down a muddy, rutted road in New Hampshire where I smashed the splitter into a submerged rock.
The new splitter fit perfectly into the same holes (including the rivets) as the old one.
I tend to agree that the splitter is a disposable, so I am quite happy with the lower cost version.
I drive the car...year round, and track it as often as I can, I expect it won't last forever.
