I would recommend the 5000. The 7000 is a LOT heavier.

Based on interwebs research and CF threads I bought the 5000TL, which is the most recent version that provides an additional 3 inches of lift height.
Am unsure if it's still effective, but using the coupon code HOLIDAYSTEAL saved $200.

Thank you, just ordered one with discount code, worked like a charm.

Ok without all the jokes. Is an additional 3 inches of lift a big deal? Home Depot has the 5000SLX with military discount at $1410 OTD , QuickJacks has the 5000TL with HOLIDAYSTEAL Code OTD for $1650. Both cost are delivered to my door. Is the additional height worth the $240 difference?

I bought the 7000 model, it allows me to lift my C7Z, and my 19 Audi S4 and my 16 Sierra Crew Cab truck.

Based on YouTube reviews of both units, the additional three inches can make a useful difference, and IMO more room is better. After the $200 HOLIDAYSTEAL coupon code, the 5000TL I ordered was $1555 with Commiefornia's 8.5% sales tax. The additional ~10% for a one time purchase is worth it to me...

Agree. When your nose is against the floor pan, the extra 3 inches is nice to have. I would spend the extra $.

The discount code is off the $1650, so $1450 delivered. $40 difference, and yes for old guy like me definitely worth it.

All things equal, the extra height would be great. Worth the extra money? Depends what you're going to do with it. I'm not a huge guy (165lbs) and relatively young, so I don't mind crawling around under the car. The extra height would only be a 'nice to have' for me, the standard height works well enough. Either way, I'm still crawling around under the car. I was able to swap out the x-pipe and mufflers relatively easy with my 5000SLX. I haven't done headers, but I've read that it's pretty tough to remove them on the quickjack. The extra 3" might make a difference there.

I have worked under my C7 on both models. At 6'3 228 lbs I wil definietly say the 3 inches is noticible considering if your on a creeper, you lose several inches. I will be ordering the updated model asap.

For the small difference in price, the extra 3” of lift height would be well worth the expense IMO.

Hope you get all 3 boxes. I and a few others received only two boxes at first, followed by the third a day or two later.

Just went to the QJ site this evening and priced a 7000TL with the hangers, 1875, HOLIDAYSTEAL brought it down to 1675. Wish they had the Military discount of=n top of that. Oh well. My wife is telling me to order it, and if I want, it would be my Christmas gift.

Love my Q/J its a little bit heavy but getting the car up in the air all at once makes it worth every penny. I change my wheel sets 2-3 times a year depending on the event.

Funny you should say that. Driver said third box was up front in the truck and he would bring it later. He did. I did tip him a ten spot to take the pieces to the garage which is little up hill and little far. I'm happy.
