Maybe you can see them if you shine a light in them.

I have the same problem with the chinese "bling bling" markers.
After about 10 min driving with lights, front right TPMS error.
Stop, Restart, driving without lights, everything OK.

I am surprised that this occurs with both C7 TPMS, US (315 MHz) and EU (433 MHz).

I tried with a ferrite ring magnet, is useless.

Maybe someone will find a solution!?!

This is interesting to me as I autocross every summer. A few years ago I purchased a cheap set of the side marker lights. I started having the issue discussed, front right side lite out and TPMS issues, in this thread. Then a few months later one light, left rear, stopped working and I attempted to seek warranty replacement with 6 days over the warranty period. Needless to say they did not cover the warranty or replace my side light that was not working. I discovered this thread (TPMS problem) and read every input seeking a fix. It appears still today that one does not exist.

Anyway last year before autocross season I purchased a set of the better side lights and have not experienced any failures since. I was much better at autocross this past year and exceeded my performance from previous years. This was measured by the SOTP method and the fact that I started beating my long time good friend with a 2017 GS. I have a 2016 Z51. My initial thought was that it was due to my new lower 18/19 wheels and the new wider Bridgestone RE71 tires. But now I wonder if this StabilTrak impact with TPMS issues might have played a roll in past years poorer performance and the improvement when I switched to the Oracle lights? I attributed my improvement to the wheels and tires but wonder now if there was any impact due to the StabilTrak involvement due to potential TMPS outage?

My thoughts for my improvement remain with the new wheels and tires, what do you think?

Oracle, Zero Issues. The TPMS issue is common with knock off brands I have heard

Wait! What?

Is the issue not only that the Right front TPMS intermittently goes blank on the instrument cluster AND also the right front LED side marker also goes bad and stops working too??

No, I dont think so. I was typing based on memory. The only issue I had initialy was the discussed TPMS issue. Later the driver side rear light went out and I doubt it was related to the TPMS problem. Sorry for the confusion, my bad.

I had TPMS issues.. It turned out someone put the wrong ones in. Discount tire charged me $120 for new ones and installed them for free. Works awesome now. Check that 1st.

Since this thread was revived, I read through it and will chime in. I was one of several that bought the ‘cheaper ones’ from a forum vendor. I too, have experienced the front passenger side TPMS issue after the lights have been on for 20 minutes or so. HOWEVER, If I turn my lights off and then back on, the TPMS comes back to life within moments for the remainder of the drive. So, the issue doesn’t bother me enough to spring for another set at double the cost.

Anyone find a solution to the TPMS interference issue?

.

Only by getting the Oracles. The gaggle on here has tried for a very long time to correct the issues and so far, no fix has surfaced. IF you want to do it once and not fiddle around with problems, get the Oracles. Saving a buck is not worth having only 3 lights on the car.

I have the Oracles, the "BULGE" is not noticible and the darn lights look great on the car.

This is correct, but do keep in mind many people have no issue with the non-Oracle side lights. The much less expensive option works very well for most people.

Elmer,

Are you saying that the cheaper non-Oracle LED sidemarker lights not only have the problem of intermittently turning off the right front tpms, but they also have the problem of the right front LED sidemarker going bad or turning off is why you were saying saving a buck was not worth only having 3 lights on the car ??

I got a set from a vendor on Amazon that were half the price of the Oracle lights. I've had them on for about 3 months. Once I had the front passenger TPMS "go out", but only once. Other than that they've been great. Great fit. Look great.

Here's a comparison of the factory 2 LED versus the after market smoked full LED

One of two have reported issues with the side light itself failing, but this appears to be uncommon.

I’ve had the experience with the front right TPMS, but never actually had the light go out when it turned on. fingers crossed ( also this is the first time ever hearing the light went out as well ) and I was following this originally for weeks trying to find a remedy. (eventually gave up) Has anyone else ever actually had the light go out when this occurs. Thanks

I don't like the 2 LED at all. Looks like its missing the rest of the LED's. I just bought new LED side markers off Amazon for $120.. We'll see how they work out when I can get them in. I'm sure they will be fine.

I had a cheaper set on my 2014 stingray, always got the tpms. I traded it for a 2016 Z06 and added an unknown brand I got from a fellow forum member. No tpms but I have one not working correctly. Probably going to upgrade to Oracle this year. It comes and goes.

I bought the Oracle color match markers for my C7 Arctic White car. Install was easy but I had two bulbs out on one marker. The company was awesome and had a new light out to me the next day. I've had ZERO issues and love how bright they are..
