I have the custom painted ones, no chrome, carbon flash with a red Z. If you’re just looking for a vinyl overlay on the Z, buy a vinyl color or choice, use a heat gun and a new, sharp exacto blade. Pretty easy. If you’ve never done it before, practice on a couple of small items first. For an area that small and flat, it’s a good DIY project

I cleaned the area I was applying them to with 70% alcohol. The decals were sticky, so I placed them where I wanted them. Then I masked off the fender. I lightly sprayed the decal with semi-gloss clear, out of a rattle can, so I did not get any runs. I waited 20 minutes between coats. I sprayed five coats of semi-gloss clear to feather the edges, so nothing would pick the edges up, and to protect the decal from the weather.
