Hey everyone, I’m having a weird issue with my HVAC controls and I’m not sure if there’s an easy solution out there. I have a 2014 Stingray Z51.
For some reason, the HVAC controls work intermittently. Most days, they don’t turn on / illuminate, and I can’t control my heat or AC. The settings remain on whatever they were last set to, and the blower motor will blow out air. Once in a blue moon, the controls turn on like normal.
I can get them to turn on if I unplug the battery, wait a few minutes, and then plug it back in.
Thoughts? My first step is to check the fuse, but I’m not sure that will solve it if the HVAC controls actually function.
Radio is functioning, but the HVAC controls aren’t.
I have zero idea what good advice to give you.... My '15's HVAC seemed to have a life of it's own. My buddy's '15 had the same attitude and - my '19 - ditto, etc., etc.... hopefully someone here has a solid answer...
