Has anyone experienced the shuddering at highway speeds….it feels like you’re going over rumble strips especially on acceleration. Comes and goes but you definitely feel it.
also, wind noise coming from the hatch..

if it an A8 automatic transmission it is likely the dreaded transmission shudder. Check with local chevy dealer and ask them if your VIN has had the triple flush? If it has it might need another or its something else?
If it has not you'll need to do it.
I also like having a Range device to eliminate switching to 4cyl operation?

^ good advice. Hopefully it is just in need of the triple fluid flush and that will solve the shudder issue.

We bought our 2015 A8 with 13K miles in early December, and had the same symptoms as you report until we had the triple flush done in mid-February.

Our 2016 Z51 had the triple flush with the new ATF in Sept 2019 & no shudder. Was covered under warranty - Reference TSB # 18-NA-355.

In addition, since then I've also run with the Range AFM Disabler.

Good luck.

Here's my story My '15 had the shudder so I took ir the dealer they kept it a week I think 3 flushes was the recommendation from GM. Well it happened again and I took it to a Cadillac GM dealer that has all kinds of certified mechanics and it was fixed that afternoon. I asked how did you guys do that so quickly and of course they had a machine that drained the car and filled it in a mater of minutes EUREKA no problems since. That's the difference in an up to date dealership and one that won't spend the money on new technology to help the customer and them selves. They take car of my car.
