Bought an extended warranty back in June. Had my hot rod in for routine service yesterday to check to make sure warranty was in their system…nope.
Emailed Todd when I got home and 10 minutes later, had a response that explained there is some sort of intermediary in the process. He also copied the Service Manager as well.
Glad I followed the advice of the many posters on this forum!

that it worked out for you, but not sure what is meant by there is some sort of intermediary in the process, especially nine months after you purchased the warranty.
However, that is an excellent response time and follow up action by Todd.

I'm curious what this means too. I know that there is a 1 month and 1000 mile grace period that must lapse before using it. Not sure what the above means. Maybe he hadn't hit his 1000 miles yet? I just bought my 39 month/39,000 mile last December. Sweet deal.
I've dealt with Todd a few times and enjoy chatting with him. Very knowledgeable guy.
Yep, Todd is very helpful with issues and has saved many quite a bit of $ over what other's charge for same warranty.
I've work with (4) different employees with MacMulkiin between purchasing extended warranty, cancelling warranty for rebate and for purchase of C8s and all demonstrate the same friendly, eager to help performance and attitude.
