Here's something new, to me at least. Have had the memory exit set up since I purchased the Vette. It's a 2016 Stingray. Here's what happenes now. I get out of the vehicle, shut down the engine open the door and the seat goes back, the steering wheel moves up but, doesn't retract and it won't go in or out using the button now. It goes up and down alright. Anybody got any ideas on what's wrong??
Follow the link above... It is the possible solution to your issue... If this does not resolve, then it may be a bigger issue that may need a Dealer to look at it! Hopefully not.
Ya, I thing I'm screwed. Tried everything in the video with no good results. I was thinking "fuse" but, it doesn't seem there would be a separate fuse for in and out. Up and down works fine.
Going to hold out for now and see if anyone comes up with an answer. Thanks everyone for the help so far.
If it were my car I’d disconnect the negative battery cable for a good 30 minutes and then try the reset process again. I realize you don’t have to leave it disconnected that long, but if I’m not going to drive it no biggie.

Disconnected the battery for about an hour. Re-set the seat memory and exit settings. Still nothing, steering wheel won't move in and out, just up and down. Checked the fuse and nothing with the in and out. Thinking I'm going to have to go see the dealer. Damn it!

Sorry that didn't help - hate the idea of a dealer trip too.
