Hello everyone, I'm new here, ordered my C7 and waiting for them to ship it, first time vette owner 🙂.I was looking at the exhaust on the pics they sent me and was wondering if maybe you guys could tell me if this is factory or not, I think it's a longshot from the pics but maybe you experienced fellas could eagle eye it. I was looking at videos already on corsas and borlas already lol. It's a 2019 LT1 stingray. Thanks in advance 🙂
Congrats on your first vette. And a C7 to boot! Definitely not stock. My guess is Borla or Corsa. Black tips are extra too so I'm betting it's a higher end system.

I bought a used (3599 mi) 2019 Stingray that has the 3LT option and several other options, but the std exhaust. It was a dealer ordered car for the showroom, where it sat for 5 months before it was sold. I eventually swapped out the OEM std mufflers for the NPP bi-modes.
Considering that your newly acquired 1LT car has black wheels, a large black spoiler, what looks to be a black wrap on the top and halo, black side skirts, and blacked out rear and side markers, I'd guess the previous owner was an appearance guy vs a performance guy and therefor it's pretty likely the OEM std exhaust is just painted. Visually, I see a wider space between the two inside pipes than each side, nor does the diameter appear very large.
BTW, since you asked, the std exhaust does actually have interior holes.
The bottom line is that it makes no difference at this point, since you certainly liked it enough to buy it. You can now make any mods YOU desire, including whatever exhaust you like.
Also, do you live in Phoenix, or is it your name?.

Thank you for your input, I was hoping maybe previous owner had bought a nice exhaust so I wouldn't have to haha, no I do not live in Phoenix. 🙂
I was looking online for exhausts already but would be cool if it was already done and sounded good. But I'll end up getting one of it turns out to be stock.
