I tried to have my stage 1 splitter wrapped in the 3m carbon flash, however it was too difficult for them to wrap properly. I had two places say it couldn't be done.
A guy on here wrapped his in cf looked good asked him how he did it. He said you have to do it in two parts left and right. So there is a seem in the middle. It looked good I was going to do it but I'm getting a stage 2 so I never did. Trying to do it in one piece that seems difficult if not impossible. Wrap is cheap but you can also buy auto paint and clear coat in a spray can. Just scuff up the splitter and prime paint clear. Shouldn't be to expensive if it gets chipped just repaint.
I'd rattlecan that myself + a few coats of clearcoat before I'd wrap it. If you have no automotive wrap experience, it'll likely look as good as the new slippers you try to rush wrap for your wife on Christmas Eve.

Why not just ask a local vendor that does vehicle wraps if it can be done and what the price would be. Not sure if they would want the splitter removed from the car or if they could do it while still attached.
Painting the splitter would certainly be an option. You would obviously have to take the splitter off the car but shouldn't be too difficult.
I am the guy who wrapped in CF ... never wrapped anything in my life and this was my first try

That looks great. Did you smooth the textured plastic first? Also, how’s it holding up? I’ve used this material over several bow ties and it lasts forever, but the bow ties are flat, no sharp angles to worry about.

I did this a long time ago. The wrap was applied directly to the stage one splitter with the only prep being a good wipe down with a alcohol . I did it in two pieces to make it easier to handle as there is a lot of stretching, pulling and heating . When applying the second piece on the other side I was careful , making sure that the carbon fiber pattern lined up with the side that was already installed .
As far as how did it hold up .... I had a few "bubbles" pop up where the material lifted in the curve part , I just used a pin to create an escape and then hit it with heat and smoothed out the product
It lasted a long time ..... until I hit a curb bumper again as I don't have a front camera , which is exactly why I won't spend 1,000 on a real carbon fiber , the only damage was a few dollars of wrap
I wrapped it again .... so all I lost was a few dollars and some time
I will tell you it is a test of patience as you have to really work the material into spots it does not want to conform to ... lot of stretching , heating ( burned fingertips lol ) and lifting up to redo again . If you have time and enjoy a challenge .... its better than cracking a 1000 dollar splitter lol
