Part one, I just picked up a 2015 Velocity Yellow 3LT with the Kalahari interior and the Competition bucket seats. I have read about the issue with the dash, so I was wondering what everyone uses on the leather interior. I have been a fan of the Adams products and used the Interior Detailer as well as the Leather Conditioner on my C5 and by C6, but Just was wondering about the C7 interior.
Part two. As I mentioned the car is Velocity Yellow with the ZF1 Appearance package. The brake calipers are Red, and I am thinking of repainting them Velocity Yellow to keep the yellow and black theme. However, I was wondering if the lettering on the calipers is available from an online source should I paint them yellow. Most people I have asked about the red calipers like the looks, just thinking the Yellow might look better.
I have a 3LT, and I don't use any kind of leather conditioner. As for the brake calipers, that is a totally personal choice as to what you like better.
Part One: leather products will not protect the 3LT issue if the dash inherently has the flaw. If you haven't had the issue with a 7 year old dash you probably wont. A damp microfiber towel works best on the leather and doesnt introduce chemicals.
Part Two: Yellow calipers would look awesome on velocity yellow. I would reccomend having the calipers powdercoated. There is a forum vendor that has done many here.

As for protecting the dash, the best is to cover it or use a sun-screen when parked in the sun.
I do suggest a light coat of any protectant that has sun-blocking of some sort.
I think the red calipers look nice. To each their own. Best wishes with your fine Corvette.
I use A quality Bores Hair Brush Anglewax Heaven for Leather. You can clean with a warm damp microfiber, truthfully the coating on that stuff fairly impervious to anything. You could also use 303 for UV protection which would be more beneficial..
If your dash hasn't delaminated in (7) years it most likely will not. Considering your interior is (7) years old it would benefit from conditioning. Any factory sprayed on protectant is long gone by now.
I've been using Lexol with success or YEARS. The below 86 Pace leather seats were approx 32 years old and still perfect when I sold the car. If this stuff wasn't an amazing product the company wouldn't have been able to stay in business for 89 years only making leather cleaners and conditioners.
I believe the manual just stated use soap and water. Some people have used some products and later on noticed problems with there leather. so I’d be careful what you use. I’m not saying everything would be a problem I just remember a thread about it.
This is what I have been doing for my 3LZ's dash treatment for the 7 years I have owned the vehicle which I purchased new. The vehicle sits in a garage a lot of time but when I take it to the track for 10 to 15 days per year it sits in the hot sun each day. The interior tends to get fairly dusty while the car is at the track since the windows are down for most of the day so I have to clean the dash after each event. The leather dash is as good as the day I took delivery of the car from the dealer.
Important safety tip: Brake fluid destroys the finish on painted calipers. I keep a spray bottle of mild soapy water at hand so I can spray off any brake fluid that gets on the caliper or other painted surfaces. After it’s thoroughly diluted you can blot (never, never wipe!) it up with a soft towel.

I would go by what the owner's manual states for taking care of the interior.
While yellow calipers would look very good on your car I am a big fan of red calipers. I would leave it as is, but it is your car so do what makes you feel best.
