Apple play / android auto question
I bought and installed a dongle for wireless android auto, works great. I was wondering if my phone is paired to the dongle via blue tooth and Wi-Fi, can my wife’s phone connect to the cars blue tooth so we both can use our phones hands free?
I also am no expert on this, but on my wife's car we have both phones paired, but even if I am the only one in the car as soon as I start the car in the garage and I am the only one in it, the vast majority of the time it locks on top her phone. So, If I really need mine on Bluetooth, I stop the car and restart it down the street so it sees my phone.

no need to turn off the car. Go to the phone screen and just select which phone you want connected.
Corvette Bluetooth and my wife's Durango SRT Bluetooth only allows one phone to use bluetooth. You can pair two or more but have to set which 1 is primary and the secondary phone hooks if the primary is not in range. That said you can turn off bluetooth on the primary phone if you want the secondary phone to use hands free and then turn the primary bluetooth back on.
