Installed a Kenne Bell Bap, bypassed the boost switch and put 12volts to the input wire and the output went to 17 volts. So its wired right and working. Took it for a spin and threw a code for p0231. Which is low fuel pump voltage. Car still ran fine under boost.
Is there a setting in hp tuners that needs adjusting or can I just turn it off.
I installed using directions from AA Corvette.

What does AA Corvette say about this? That's where I'd start. I"ve had a KB on another car, but it's been a while back and I don't know what a "Bap" is. However, if there is any chance it may be running lean you definitely don't want it doing so, even if it seems "fine"... until it blows up. All the best.
I didn't know KB made a BAP for the C7? You need a special type of BAP to run on the C7. JMS is the only vendor I'm aware of that makes one. Did KB start making one for the C7 (Gen V)?
But if you're using a C6 style BAP on a C7, you will burn up the fuel pump.
