Syntax
In addition to the other comments judging from picture 2 it doesn’t look like the spoiler was molded to fit snugly with the deck lid, which is something an OEM part would do.

At least one of those cars was at a GM dealership. So get the VIN and have them print out both a VIS and a build sheet. You can also get the option codes from the QR on the left door. If a car is not at a GM dealer copy the VIN and the QR and go to corvetteactioncenter.com and look for specs for that model year to see the RPO codes.
