I'd go 3Lz, you can't go to 3LZ from 2LZ without a lot of money and regret that you didn't get it all in the first place... they look great if you get a good one.. you hear the complaints because a person is mad they delaminated, I would be too as anyone would. Many of us have no problems so we don't say anything...
Shopping for my C7 I knew I had to get a 2lt or 3lt. I let other options decide out of that such as mileage, color, price, etc.
I was also hard set on NO red interior, but my word does this interior look phenomenal @Gixxerman

Absolutely no problems here either - '17 3lt......
My 2019 was my 1st vette purchase that I've been waiting for since a kid. I wanted a 3LT and a M7. Didn't care if cost more. What's a few more thousand when you're spending 60k+.
No issues with the dash, so far or anything else. Love the PDR and navigation and front cameras, etc. No regrets...Now if this purchase is just a car with no plans of keeping it, different story imo. I knew I'd keep mine so I wanted every bell and whistle
Very possibly as the above info was accurate around 2018 when I put in my files to share here since the question was brought up so often, however I didn't make the effort to update it every year, however will go out on a limb and state it's probably 95% accurate.
Stingray Z51 added more options included over base price plus a few price increases in 2018 added more to the cost.. Navigation, Auto trans, and delivery off the top of my head.

Don't tell me this is just standard 3LZ interior. You have done a lot to get it to look like this nice.
