My 17 1lt is completely stock need an alignment.
I live in the Plano, Frisco, Allen Texas area.
I am unable to leave the car anywhere because its my only transportation.
Every place I call says leave the car for weeks, no can do.
Does anyone know of a really good alignment place that knows how to properly align a C7 while I wait on it?

If you're willing to drive, Doghouse Performance in Cresson is lights out and you can book a time online. I was at MSR-Cresson yesterday and they aligned mine. They're on the MSR-C property so I literally went from the shop and onto the track and the setup was spot on. Adam did an awesome job. It's a small shop but don't let that fool you. Adam definitely knows what he is doing. I live in Prosper FWIW.
Big Shout-out to @GSpeed for their assistance as well. Louis and Paul are phenomenal to work with and I appreciate them letting me bend their ears. My car will be headed to their shop in the very near future for some work.
Not quite Plano/Frisco/Allen, but I have had some luck at Lakeside Chevy in Rockwall; I deal with Chap and Michelle...you may even get lucky and get a loaner, if that would help you.
BSP Motorsports in frisco, (469) 731-5887 talk to or ask for Brandon, hes the owner. He does great work, unsure if he will let you wait. But, hes close enough (just west of DNT/Little elm*) that you could uber home.

Leave a Corvette for weeks for an alignment?? That seems absurd and they should be able to manage their appointment schedules a bit better than that window. I hope you find the right shop, wish I could help.
I presume you called Classic Chevrolet. I once considered http://texastrackworks.com/, which is south of downtown FW, but decided to let my tires ride #punintended. My settings are all green, but my 4 tires fail first on the inside of the tire.
I'm not sure if they have the tools to measure/adust the rear caster.
Huffines in Plano can do it for you. Ask for Keith in Service. You'll just have to ask how long the wait will be. I just usually leave mine for the day.
Both Huffines and Classic will set your rear caster to spec.

Did you ask to see the tool? I would before I make any appointment.
Did Huffines do a good alignment for you.
Steering wheel straight, no pulling, all the number set as you wanted?
Were you able to 'wait' on the car while the work was done?

It was perfect as nearly as I could tell. My memory is that I scheduled out a couple of days from when I called. The timing isn't perfect, so you may end up sitting around for a while. Talk to Keith Overturf and find out the particulars.
Had mine done today at Huffines in Plano. Was in and out in about an hour. I set the appointment about a week out.
They didn't leave the before and after settings sheet in the car, so I don't know what was changed. The tires I recently took off were worn more on the insides of the fronts, not so much the rears.
