Answering a call
It seems when my phone is hooked up to bluetooth and I get a call it does not automatically go to Mylink and I have to select it on my phone. Is there a setting that I am missing on the car or is it in the phone? 2015 C7 and iphone 13

I'm not familiar with Apple but make sure it is actually connected via Bluetooth a few seconds after you start the car. If it is, I would say it's a phone settings issue

Unpair (delete) the bluetooth link on both the phone and car. Delete or forget the bluetooth devices on car and phone.
Pair again and watch the phone screen for any permissions you have to approve. I believe I had to grant a couple permissions on my Android phone - don't know about iPhone.
I assume the phone also shows up as a media source?
