Hi all,
I am having an issue with my C7. The fob unlock and lock the doors when the button is pressed but the door pads are not working. I have to open the doors manually. Once I am in the car the fob is not recognized and the only way to start the car is by inserting the key in the steering cavity. The strange thing is that while in the car the door buttons do not work either. I have to open the door manually again. I did change the fob battery (unfortunately i only have one fob) I also did change the car battery. I did disconnect the battery for about an hour or so but this did not solve my issue. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Take the fob battery to a shop like Batteries + and have them check it to see if it is at full charge. If not, replace the batterry. Otherwise, a trip to the dealer may be in order.
Quick follow up, I found out what the issue was, while changing the car battery the negative cable has this small wire that is attached to the terminal. Well I somehow broke mine and it was hiding under this plastic cover. Once i conected it everything came to life.
