Funny, I had a 2017 Kia Sportage I bought around three years from CarMax. Well one day I was looking for the OBDII port and found a Novatel Wireless GPS tracker plugged in!! It was blinking and active too. I asked CarMax about it, they had no clue. Said it wasn't theirs. Someone said maybe it was a fleet car, but it the top level SX model. You usually don't see those as fleet cars. So no idea why it was there! LOL I know it wasn't one those insurance trackers because they usually say Allstate, Geico, etc on it.
