Youn might want to check with a local (or somewhat local) custom wheel shop - they may have some contacts on wheel repairs. You can also check with a local high end car dealer and see who they may use for wheel repairs.
What is the wheel finish? Such can present different options. For example, black can be touched up by hand if not too badly scuffed. A good wheel repair shop can do wonders. Otherwise, even a decent paint/body shop might be able to "clean up" the situation. All the best.
