Hey Catfish, how are you? Long time. I used Weathertech in both our C7s. Fit is great. But I also didn't like them for everyday driving and used them on longer road trips where I figured we'd see bad weather. I used Scotchguard on our regular and 'plush' mats we purchased, and they always cleaned up really well.
BTW, I may still have a set of WTs for a C7. I'll check. If I do, I'll send them to you if you just cover the shipping (may or may not be worth it nowadays, but I'll do it if you like). Best, Paul
I'm considering their black rubberoid version for our car. If you have/had them, what did you think of their appearance and fit? How much, if any, did they interfere with your normal foot or leg movements? (Most important - Did they add 10-15 HP? )
I have the hard plastic ones that look identical to the ones shown in #25 reply. The fit and finish is great.
I chose the Weathertech for durability; mine are pressure washed often. I then apply a very light coat of detail spray and a quick wipe down with a micro fiber towel which brings them back to a new finish look.
TuxMat is the best I've seen as far as floor mats.
Unfortunately, they don't currently make them for C7 -- only C8.
Covers all the side carpet, as well as floor.
I have them on my daily driver. Nothing else comes close IMO.
Weather Tech in the Vette and my wife's Accord only. The fit is perfect (better than Honda OEM), though fronts in either car don't cover very high on the footwell sides. That's only a problem in Honda winters; the Vette is covered. The fasteners are appropriate in both cases: snaps in in the Corvette; twist ***** in the Accord. Very easy to vacuum weekly, then wash out when necessary. I got grey front mats in the Corvette, since the base carpet is black and I wanted to lighten the interior and match the seat and trim color.
Black trunk mat, since that carpet and cladding is all black. The rectangular trunk mat pattern is well placed, and you need to cut out one exact rectangle if you want to expose the floor D-rings to attach the privacy cargo screen. On the other hand, if you cut the mat, you've limited the spill protection.

I have the Lloyd's ultimat floor and trunk mats. They are awesome and the carpet color is a perfect match on the C7 Corvette. I think the rubber mats are great for poor weather when it's wet etc. but the carpet mats look better IMO.
We have Weathertech floor liners in all of our vehicles. The fit and finish is excellent. We even got an extra $200 trade in when I mentioned that we had them in a Nissan Rogue that we traded in for a Murano a couple years ago. I have not noticed any interference with leg or foot movements. We also have the Weathertech cargo area liners in all of our vehicles and like them too. No added HP but we have gained a little street cred when folks see them!
I have a set of these floor liners for my C7Z as well. I also run a set of Lloyds logo mats and only use the drivers side Weathertech liner as I have the M7 and I find it helps reduce the wear on carpet so I store the Loyd's mat under the rear cargo mat and only install it for shows. I don't use the passenger side Weathertech and only use the Lloyd's mat. 98% of the time, I'm the only one in the car. Overkill but it works for me.
I do like those custom raised bubble decals that replace the Weathertech logo. Anyone see one with the C7 Z06 logo?
