I hated comps, be sure to sit in a car with them first.. looks do not equal comfort or pain free driving for some folks

I drove two cars back to back, one with competition seats and with GT seats… GT seats were nice, but comp seats were much better for me. Recognize everyone has different body type, but they are awesome for me.

the 14-15-16 and 17's used one type of main elec connector plug under the seat and the 18 and 19 use a different type of plug

and yes if you converting the backs no difference

My GT's do have the bolster pumps to tighten up sides, but not all GT seats have that feature.. likely because of trim level I assume

what year is yours? In looking at various years, I have not been able to completely figure out why some years and which trim packages offered various seat types, color combinations, thread colors, etc.

2017 Z06 w/Z07 3LZ , yeah I never thought that some GT seats do not have the adjustable bolsters.. I realize many do not
