If a 2016 Z06 3LZ dash has a very small amount of delamination. With your experience how likely is it to continue delaminating? I’m looking at buying a car. It’s just a small bubble that is really not the noticeable unless you are really looking for it.

There are ways to correct a small bubble. Hypodermic syringe and glue. Search might come up with other ideas.
Does anyone know if you can purchase and install a complete 2LZ dash in the car?
That's what my son did on his 17 Z. He had two replaced under warranty. He finally surrendered and had the last one replaced with the 2lz dash. All is good, but he had to pay for it out of pocket. $4,000 parts and labor.

I set aside my trepidation and addressed some bubbles on both sides of my 2017 GS HUD hood yesterday
Bish's Tear Mender, 22 gauge Syringe and a Wheel Roller purchased off Amazon per suggestions in other posts. The roller may not have really been needed as the area could have been smoothed over with a damp cloth that I used for clean up.
There is another area on the passenger side that is de-laminated, but not bubbling and not unsightly - I may tackle that later if it worsens or OCD gets the better of me.

This dash issue started with the C6 generation & ran right through the C7. Depending on where the affected area is, pulling the windshield or the dash out may be the only viable option to gain access

Good point.
I did find it very difficult to work on the dash on the back side of the defroster vent. The very slanted windshield does not leave much space to access the points I need to glue!
