This is a dumb question but just curious. Most late model cars I have owned to check the fuel level without starting the car just put it in RUN and you can get a fuel guage reading. On my 2017 Corvette I can't figure out how to get a fuel guage reading without starting the car. Is starting the car the only way to get that reading? Thanks

Push the start button without putting your foot on the brake. That's the equivalent of "run".
Well dang, this is what is great about this forum. That is a nice little tidbit to know. There have been quite a few times that the push button not acting like an old school key has driven me nuts. I bet this will solve those problems. Thanks for posting.
Holding the start button for 10 seconds puts your car into service mode. It will not turn off after a set time like normal so be sure to press start again to turn service mode off.
