NAPA said this was the correct battery for the 2017 Stingray that I owned at the time. But once installed, it proved to be too short. So I added a block of wood to make the strap tight. When my 2018 Stingray needs a new battery, I will buy an OEM battery. I used a bungee cord under the old battery to lift it out.

Was that a Group 48/H6 size battery? Interstate battery fit just like OEM in mine.
The newest version of the AC Delco 42 month battery (pt no 88866309) has the lifting handle. I just put one in my Z06 yesterday.
To remove the old battery I used a clamp-style battery lifting tool from Amazon, it was fairly easy so long as you know to “flip the battery to a lengthwise vertical position, negative side down” as posted above. Otherwise, it ain't coming out, at least not on the wide body, but I have seen video on line of it coming out without tilting it vertical on the base body. It seems the interior design of the rear quarter panel on the wide body limits the clearance.
This made it easy, especially being able to clamp right at the positve end to tilt the battery vertical::
