Took a few days to install this system correctly and neat, but was worth the effort.
Install is not for the faint of heart. Once comitted, I took my time (retired) and did it right.
Works like a charm.
Attached for your viewing pleasure.

Nicely done.
Keep us informed as how well they work.
I am going to tackle this job too, but concerned about the longevity of these aftermarket radar modules. I would hate to do all this work if the modules crap-out after a year or two.

I find it odd that GM has integrated this feature in Gen6 Camaros along with something like heated steering wheel, but left it out of their flagship car.
I can live without this technology. I have a 2023 Colorado truck with an emergency braking system in it and had to deactivate it because of false warnings and nonthreatening activations. It slammed on my brakes when I was in a turn when another car was at a side street in the curve. It warns of an impending crash when there is none. I have the lane warning with both chime and seat vibration. If I leave the lane maintaining system on, it makes steering have strange steering wheel inputs. I guess a non noisy alarm is ok but they all seem to make driving less enjoyable. In my whole life, I have not backed into anything nor have I had anyone crunch me from behind. I just don't see the point of this much effort. BTW, you did a nice job on the installation however, I am not a fan of the altered vents.
Great installation. You should feel proud. Thanks for documenting your work!
I have looked and this also but so far, I have not found a system that I think will work good enough to not be annoying. I think the reason that the OEM systems work well is that they have access to the CANBUS data, and can integrate turn signals and steering angle and all kinds of other data that these generic systems cannot.
So please post your findings on how well it works after a few months of use.
In the meanwhile, I went with a front facing camera, and two side rear facing cameras that are fed into a NAVTool and displayed on the infotainment screen as appropriate. It just requires one to activate the turn signals and actually look at it verses the passive alarms that the OEM system provide if you do something stupid. Works ok for me.
But I found that most new two seat sports cars don't come with these systems, or as many safety systems as econo boxes. They are considered "Driver's Cars"
Nice install! How long does something like that take?
Start to finish with a lift was around 4, 6 hr. days.
I knew going into it that it was going to be a long duration job, but since I just retired, it was more of the challange to myself rather than a beat the clock job.

The "vents" were off at the time to see the emitters. The taillight surround was replaced post picture.
