Same part number for all 2014-2019. The alarm is programmed in one of the modules. The modules are tied to the VIN.

Some vehicles allow a "placard adjustment" which alters the PSI range of TPMS warning, the main purpose of which is to allow for non-stock tire sizes/pressures to still be monitored by TPMS system on 4X4 trucks. It will take a higher-end TPMS tool to do this function, you might ask a shop that specializes in modified trucks if this can be done on your car.
