Recently installed front camera with power tap to fuse box and camera lead to driver side through hood release grommet. Camera cable from under driver side dash then thru hole drilled in top rear left corner of cubby compartment to attach to 4.3" monitor. Monitor power cable then attaches to cigarette lighter when needed for parking. Used RAAYOO camera, Ekylin foldable monitor, Gebildet micro 2 fuse tap and Eventronic heat shrink tubing. You will need lots of patience, dexterity and some basic hands on experience to complete. Cost was under $100. Advise if you need further details.

I did a camera install on my 19 shortly after I got it, I used a Wi-Fi camera and synched it with a spare iPhone I had laying around so no wires needed to penetrate the firewall. It works but it is a bit clumsy, lately I have been looking around for a small monitor that will fit in the cubby, can be powered from the USB in the cubby and is Wi-Fi capable, but no luck yet. Maybe someone here will have lead I can run down.
I didn't want to cut wires, so I installed a solar powered camera. It came with a 5 inch LCD that is plugged into my cigarette lighter. Very happy with it. My car came with an ACS Composits splitter. It was only matter of time before I destroyed it. Here is a pick of the LCD (1080p).
