Has anyone changed their seat belts to add a little color??
With the C8 having the option to order colors, I was wondering if anyone had swapped out their seat belts in a C7 to change up the color. I found a company online that will do a color swap just wondering how much of a PITA it might be. Thanks!

A forum member here and I were talking and he said that he had swapped his black seats out for red seats. While doing so he didn't like the look of the OEM red seat belts with the red seats so he sold them to me for a great deal. From what I understand there was <8% of C7s with colored seat belts so I don't know how available OEM ones would be.
As far as the installation process (on a coupe) - You have to remove a generous amount of panels to get to them. I did it myself and was patient, used the proper panel prying tools and didn't have any issues. I get compliments on them every time someone gets into the car or see's them.

I was thinking of doing this myself. I found this video and it looks a little time consuming but not too hard;

Mines a Laguna Blue convertible. Found a vendor with a matching belt color, not just "blue", and requested a sample. I see the convertible makes the process easier, just might be a fall project!

Always good to investigate a company before having them supply the part.

I replaced jet black with red seat belts in my 2015 Stingray.
I bought the OEM seat belt assemblies from a forum member in the "for sale / want to buy" section.
Installation was quite involved; a lot of rear quarter interior trim panels must be removed/replaced.
Overall, it is definitely (not defiantly) worth it.
Beware that there was some mid-year change to the electrical connector pin-out standard so you want to make sure the replacement seat belt assemblies you purchase are compatible with your car.
